I have been active in the field of Endoscopic Neurosurgery since 1986, when we designed and developed the Caemaert Wolf Endoscope.

During seven years we have been modifying the original concept and came after 5 prototypes to the actual instrument.

A large number of working instruments was also developed for use through the working channels of the endoscope.

From 1993, I presented the endoscope and the results on many international congresses and workshops all over the world and the instrument is widely accepted as a dedicated very well functioning neuro-endoscope.
Recently we produced a DVD as a digital users’ manual of this neuroendoscope, containing a detailed description of the instrument, its application in the theatre and a number of typical indications illustrated by video.
